REVIEW - Danganronpa 3, Mirai-hen

I know it's a bit early to do this but I want to update this blog so tough luck lol

This is a halfway review on Danganronpa 3 - Future Arc.

I admit that I like Zetsubou-hen more (mainly because we don't have to worry about our smol sons and daughters getting killed off) but it's got more thrill, certainly.

First off, our lovely homeroom teacher, Chisa Yukizome, d i e d. While everyone's back was literally turned. (AKA when everyone was listening to Monokuma's announcement and then boom boom pow, Chisa appeared on the chandelier. Although I don't really understand why a chandelier would be in the Future Foundation headquarters in the first place, looool). Honestly, I was begging Chisa to kiss Kyosuke but this ship was poorly built so it sank like the titanic... although I'm not sure it really should be a thing as Kyosuke stabbed Chisa with his katana in episode 6. I hate Kyosuke.

I legit thought that Asahina had died on episode 2, which petrified me. The DR Wikia thought the same as they marked her off as 'deceased' (i don't know how to take screenshots via chrome so i'll have to search the internet sorryyyy)

Now on the topic that most, if not all, hate. Juzo Sakakura. 

Bandai practically died because Juzo knee-d Ryota. If Juzo didn't, that Bandai wouldn't witnessed violence. If Bandai didn't witness violence, then he wouldn't have been injected with lethal poison. Simple.

On episode 3...

Okay, Asahina the zombie awakes from the dead. Learning that it was ketchup and a toy knife made me question my sanity,

The Antelope Woman ended up getting suspended in the air, like Chisa minus the chandelier, of course. It was around this time that I started loving Miaya.

Oh, yay! A fight between co-owner + owner! Fun! not

I was hoping that Tengan would kill Kyosuke because, um, hello? Kyosuke? TryingtokillMakotowithoutthinkingtwice? andiforgotwhatelsehappenedsorryiguess

I was beginning to like Seiko... *sigh*

Stupid Ruruka. WHY DID SHE NOT UNDERSTAND THAT IF SEIKO ATE ANYTHING WITH SUGAR SHE WOULD DIE SERIOUSLY WHAT KIND OF FRIEND THINKS LIKE THAT

And old man Tengan dies. sorry

I HAVE A QUESTION

How do Seiko's drugs make her turn from an ordinary, cute smol daughter into a badass killer woman/wolf/lion/beast/dragon thingymabob?

Oh, and guys, can I just say?

Seiko obviously killed herself. 

Why is everyone saying that the attacker killed her? Seiko was showing serious remorse at befriending Ruruka and I'm pretty sure she was holding a knife before she died. It's o b v i o u s. pls

But stupid Ruruka only wept at Izayoi's death... honestly she's such a bitch

Most recent episode... I legit thought that Kirigiri had died. Corpse Party Kirigiri! :D (although I think that Jataro Kemuri made a better 'corpse party' in DRAE - UDG lol)

Monaca has more screen time.

I'm pretty sure that Nagito made Monaca's ice cream but he can't even make milkshakes without adding the rendered fat ???

How does Miayami know that Kyosuke killed Tengan because she wasn't there to witness it? I know that she's being controlled by Monaca but there's only one screen in Monaca's surveillance room. When did she kill Miaya and why didn't the other Future Foundation members notice? what

Honestly, Miaya dying is the worst thing about this episode. Buuuut, if Miaya's corpse is in that wheelchair, then how did she flinch away when Makoto tried to pat her on the head? I think Monaca only has control over Monomi and the wheelchair.

Byakuya was like "oh a mutual killing game? how nice. excuse me while I drink my earl grey" But being the Togami he is he probably thinks that they're going to the park for a playdate ???

Toko and Komaru appeared, and I know for a fact that it said in UDG that Komaru would take the place of  Byakuya as the kid's hostage yet she and Toko are in a fancy house that comes with shampoo ???

Good news and bad news

The bad news is:
That moment when you want to go to the London Comic Con and there's Attack on Titan, Fairy Tail, Kill la Kill, Naruto Shippenden but NO DANGANRONPA AT ALL.
Why must you curse me with despair at the worst possible moments, Junko Enoshima? ._.

The good news is:
Speaking of anime and manga, my tutor's son just lent me Death Note vol. 1, K-On, Over Yesterday and Howl's Moving Castle :D
I've already finished Death Note and boyyy, that was some manga. I totally need the next chapter.
And K-On, I haven't watched it yet but I swear there's a character in it like Ibuki. OH YEAH BOIS

Danganronpa Filled..?

Let me update you on what I learned about those Ultimate Despair characters I mentioned in the previous post.

So I did a bit of clicking, reading and thoroughly searching from Google to danganronpa.wikia.com and finally, finally found on Pinterest what I was looking for. 

Okay, so an image of the Despair Tsumiki.

I just found out that Ultimate Despair is on villains.wikia.com along with Izuru and Monokuma yayayay

 I clicked 'visit page' and it took me to Pinterest (which I don't have an account on so no begging me for follows/likes/subscriptions/whatever pinteresters use) and it said something along the lines of... what was it called again..? Danganronpa Filled.

This is what I saw:

I searched the Danganronpa Wiki but I found nothing about Danganronpa Filled. We've got almost no chance of these despair photos being a leaked bit of the upcoming DRV3 game as I heard that the creator of the game, Kazutaka Kodaka, said this (copied from DR Wiki):

 "If I were to do something sci-fi, the rules of nature could change. In present day, you can’t go through walls and these laws of nature can't be broken. But, maybe with a future setting those laws can be bent or altered. Then I could develop murders and tricks based on what technology could be possible in the future".

Basically Kazutaka not only had a first name similar to two of the characters from Danganronpa 1+2 (Kazuichi and Kiyotaka), he also plans to set this new game in the future. Although there could be a flaw in my testimony as by Kazutaka's view they could have made time machines so they could go back into the past as a girl called Komaru Naegi, although everything I say turns out to be wrong.

I guess we just have to rely on hope for now.

Ultimate Despairs

I completed Ultra Despair Girls and it gave me the shivers when they yelled "NO THAT'S WRONG" together.

But the thing is, I kind of wish we met more Remnants of Despair. Sure, we met Nagito as the Servant and at the end we saw Izuru getting Kuro- and Shirokuma's AIs. But I thought that we could see more?

Danganronpa 3 Anime

Who else is excited for the upcoming Danganronpa 3 Anime? I am, but I kind of wish they'd do the anime for SDR2 as well. I'm not sure if it'll come out or not because all the rumours I've heard say that it'll be out after DR3 is released or not coming out at all... *sigh*

Anyway, the DR3 anime is split into two parts - the Future part and the Despair part. The Future part shows what happens to the survivors of the first game in the Future Foundation and they've added a bunch of new characters. There's one problem though...

Where's Touko and Byakuya? 

See, they're not there. There's also another thing on my mind.

WHY IS MONOMI THERE?

She's actually Usami, right? So it makes no sense that she's Monomi now, unless Monokuma redesigned her again. Also, you remember that Monomi is actually an AI program? How would she be able to get into the real world?

Apart from that, all I can say is Makoto, Kyoko, Hiro and Hina have definitely got more mature than they were in the first game. I mean Makoto is almost completely different.

The next part is the Despair edition. It basically involves all the characters from SDR2 (except Chiaki, of course), showing how they all got into Ultimate Despair. I actually have a couple of theories.

• Sonia's kingdom, Novoselic, is under attack. The enemy manages to capture Sonia and takes her away. At the enemy's base, they bribe Sonia into joining Ultimate Despair by saying that if Sonia joined, her kingdom would be safe and the attack would be abandoned. 
• Ibuki is trying to persuade her band members to let her perform in their gig tonight. Ibuki's band isn't really keen, but they give in eventually. In order to get Ibuki kicked off, they begun making bad guitar music behind the stage so the audience believed that Ibuki's music was bad. Feeling betrayed, Ibuki sat down outside the concert hall and someone came up to her and said that they saw potential in Ibuki. Ibuki joins their 'band', but of course, the someone was Junko and the band was Ultimate Despair.

Those are my theories. I'm not sure if they're really that good or how accurate they are.

The Future version is due to come out in July, and the Despair version a little later, so I've heard.
